Handa Announces Proposed Extension Of Warrant Term
|March 2, 2018 (Vancouver, British Columbia) -- Handa Copper Corporation ("Handa" or the "Company") (TSX-V: HEC) announces it will be applying to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") for approval to extend the expiry date of 10,515,263 common share purchase warrants that were issued as part of two non-brokered private placements completed by the Company in March 2015.|
The Warrants are exercisable for common shares of the Company at a price of $0.12 per common share and presently bear an expiry date of March 19, 2018. The Company is proposing to extend the expiry date of the warrants by an additional 24 months to 4:30 p.m., Vancouver, British Columbia, time on March 19, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the warrants, including the exercise price and the accelerated expiry provision, will remain the same. The proposed extension of the expiry date is conditional upon the receipt of Exchange approval.
