Over 25 years of experience developing projects in Africa and public natural resources companies. Founded Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Corp. TSX/NYSE, Hana Mining Ltd. TSX-V, acquired by Cupric Canyon Capital; and Handa Copper Corp. TSX-V. Mr. Kreczmer is a registered Professional Engineer (Saskatchewan) and holds a MSc Geology from University of Toronto.

Jon Stacey, B.Sc.

A geologist with extensive experience in identifying and executing mineral projects throughout Africa. Born, raised and resident of Zambia, fluent in Bemba. Owner of geological consultancy Tangila Exploration (Mauritius) Ltd. and founding Director of Infinity Minerals & Resources (Zambia) Ltd, a greenfield copper exploration project currently being developed under joint-venture with Rio Tinto Mining & Exploration. Mr. Stacey holds a BSc in Exploration and Resource Geology from Cardiff University, Wales, and is a member of the Geological Society of South Africa.

A chartered professional accountant with over 30 years' experience in corporate finance and investment. Mr Peck has worked extensively with publically listed full-service investment dealers and currently provides executive financial services to Canadian public corporations.

A geologist with over 40 years of experience throughout Africa. The founder and MD of Pangea Exploration (Pty) Limited and recipient of the Des Pretorius Memorial Award for outstanding work in economic geology in Africa and the Dreyer Award by the Society for Mining Metallurgy and Exploration Inc (USA) for outstanding achievements in applied economic geology. His discoveries include: In Tanzania: Tulawaka, Buzwagi and Golden Ridge; In South Africa: the world class high grade Rhovan vanadium deposit, the Taaiboschspruit coal mine, the 16Moz Burnstone gold deposit, Hillendale Ti-Zr deposit; In Kenya: the Kwale Ti-Zr deposit; In Mozambique: the world class Corridor Sands deposit

Dr. Humphrey Lawrence Mbendeni Mathe, M.Sc, P.H.D

Over 36 year relevant experience developing projects in Africa. During his distinguished career was involved in senior executive positions with Exxaro and Eyesizwe Coal, the largest black-owned, controlled, operated coal mining company in South Africa.

Greg McKelvey, M.Geol.

Geologist with over 40 years of world-wide exploration experience.

Directed and lead exploration efforts resulting in the discovery and identification of three major ore deposits.

Currently an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Arizona. Published two USGS mineral resource assessment programs.

Participated in or organized and lead teams that discovered deposits containing copper, gold, silver, zinc, cobalt, lead in Chile, Peru, Brazil, New Mexico, Montana, Nevada and Alaska.

Ross McGowan, PhD Economic Geology

Location:
Geologist with 16 years of academic, practical and corporate experience in the mining and exploration industry.

Worked in partnership with Anglo American as a PhD candidate, focusing on understanding the evolution of sediment hosted copper deposits within the Central African Copperbelt.

Published academic papers on the origin of copper-cobalt deposits in the Zambian Copperbelt.

Managed and executed regional exploration and evaluation drilling programs and bankable feasibility studies.

Key contributor to the team that received the 2015 PDAC Thayer Lindsley Award for the discovery of the Kamoa copper deposit in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

Thomas Rogers, BSc. (Hons.) Geography and Geology

Location:
Geologist with 18 years of exploration experience covering a wide variety of geological environments and exploration techniques.

Broad experience in the search for and evaluation of sediment-hosted Central African Copperbelt-style mineralization in Zambia, the DRC and the Republic of Congo.

Has gained specific knowledge and insights into the controls of mineralisation in the under-explored sedimentary basin currently being evaluated by Handa Copper.

Has also managed the execution of drilling programs from regional exploration through to bankable feasibility studies.

Key contributor to the team that received the 2015 PDAC Thayer Lindsley Award for the discovery of the Kamoa copper deposit in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
